Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be paid by the specified due date.
  • Work may commence only after the agreed payment has been received.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery or ongoing services.

Search Sphere reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are received.

Australian & Indian Payments

Clients may choose to make payments through our available payment methods.

  • Payments processed through our Australian business entity or Australian payment gateway may include an additional 30% charge to cover applicable taxes, payment processing costs, administrative expenses, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Payments made through our Indian business entity or Indian payment gateway do not incur this additional 30% charge.

The total payable amount will always be communicated to the client before payment is processed. By completing payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the applicable charges based on the selected payment method.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Monthly marketing retainers are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
  • Refund requests may be considered only where Search Sphere is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely within our control.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

SEO Disclaimer

Search engine optimization depends on numerous external factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, market competition, website condition, and third-party platforms.

Accordingly:

  • We do not guarantee first-page rankings.
  • We do not guarantee specific keyword positions.
  • We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads or sales.
  • We do not guarantee continuous ranking stability.

Advertising Disclaimer

Google Ads and Meta Ads performance depends on various factors including:

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

  • Clients retain ownership of their own branding, logos, images, and content provided to us.
